Pillow Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/3 c. cold water
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine potato flakes, sugar, butter and hot water; mix well. Add cold water and biscuit mix.
    Add a little more cold water to make
    a
    soft
    dough.
    Turn
    out
    on
    lightly floured surface; knead
    about
    10 times.
    Roll dough; cut with cutter or jar lid. Put
    on ungreased baking sheet.
    Brush with milk. Bake at 450\u00b0 about 13 minutes.
