Hot And Spicy Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in small pieces and lightly salted
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 box frozen Japanese or Chinese style vegetables with seasoning enclosed in box
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    red pepper to taste
    1/2 can salted cashews
Preparation
    In large frypan or wok heat cooking oil.
    Add chicken and saute until chicken is evenly browned.
    Add vegetable and saute for 3 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and red pepper to taste.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add salted cashews.
    Mix well, cook 2 minutes until well heated.
    Serve immediately over fried or white rice.
