Hearty Beef 'N Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen Tater Tots
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, browned
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can French fried onions
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place Tater Tots in casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Place ground beef on top of potatoes.
    Add broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and chopped tomato.
    Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
    Pour over beef mixture. Bake covered 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and the remaining 1/2 can of onions.
    Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer.
