Pork Loin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Salt and pepper loin. Cover with Kitchen Bouquet (this is the brand name for a basting mixture). Cook indirectly with lid closed. Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Brush sauce on within 1 to 2 hours before ready. Baste until ready.
