Country Bumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    5 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 heaping tsp. soda
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pudding mix until well blended. Then add pudding mix.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
