Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. peeled and diced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add egg. Mix well.
Add apples, nuts and spices.
Mix and sift soda, salt and flour and add.
Stir in vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, with or without ice cream, sauce or whipped cream.
