Small Family Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, salt and 1/2 flour.
Beat until smooth.
Add shortening.
Beat in remaining flour; stir until smooth.
Let rise in a warm place until double in size or set in pan of hot water about 45 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
