Spinach Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. spinach
    1/3 c. rice
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. processed cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice in water
    until moisture is taken up.
    Add the milk to rice and cook until well taken up.
    Stir in cheese until blended.
    In a quart baking dish that
    has
    been
    buttered,
    put a layer of rice, then spinach.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
