Italian Quanti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    handful of sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add flour to suit.
    Roll it thin; cut into strips and twist as you fry.
    Lay out on paper towels to cool.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
