Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts
    whipped cream
    vanilla wafers
    coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg yolk, nuts and pineapple. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread between layers of 2 vanilla wafers. Chill for 4 hours; roll in whipped cream and then in coconut. Refrigerate until serving time.
