Hot Crab Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. crabmeat
    8 English muffins, pre-split
    3 large tomatoes (16 slices)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise; fold in crabmeat.
    Split muffins.
    Place a tomato slice on each split muffin, cover with 1 large spoonful of crab mixture.
    Top each with generous sprinkling of grated cheese.\tBake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts.
    Makes 8 servings.
