Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick-cook grits
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. cheese (Velveeta or garlic cheese)
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    garlic powder or crushed garlic to taste
    grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, boil water.
    Add salt.
    Add grits slowly. Stir.
    Cook 4 1/2 minutes or until thick.
    Cut up cheese.
    Add cheese, butter, milk and then beaten eggs.
    Take off heat.
