Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and butter; set aside.
    Lightly scramble eggs in frying pan.
    Add rice, onion, water and soy sauce; fry one or more minutes.
    Serve hot.
