Onion Soup Pork Chop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork chops
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. uncooked wild rice
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown pork chops in skillet over medium heat.
    In mixing bowl, combine soup mix and rice.
    Mix together and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Lay browned chops on top of rice; pour water over the chops.
    Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature of pork chops has reached 160\u00b0.
