Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped boiled beets
    2 diced celery stalks
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. dried horseradish
    pinch of red pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Heat through.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars.
    Seal.
    Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes to complete seal.
    Yields 3 to 4 pints.
