Fruit On Picks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, cut into 3/4-inch slices
    3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    1 c. toasted coconut
    2 (6 oz.) jars maraschino cherries, drained
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. seedless grapes
Preparation
    Dip banana slices in orange juice.
    Roll in coconut.
    Place fruit on 10-inch wooden skewer, alternating cherries, pineapple chunks, grapes and banana slices until skewers are filled.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
