Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts and bananas.
Pour into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
