Potato Ripple Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    2 qt. water or meat broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick cholesterol free butter
    2 eggs
    flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Bring first four ingredients to rolling boil.
    Beat eggs and thicken with flour and soda.
    Slowly pour into boiling potatoes and mix a few minutes.
    Remove from heat and serve.
