Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small cans shrimp, deveined and chopped
1/2 lb. softened cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
1 small pkg. gelatine (Knox)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
Combine soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in celery, onions and shrimp, then gelatine mixture.
Pour into glass or plastic mold and chill until set.
(Metal molds may discolor shellfish/mayo mixtures.)
To serve, unmold and offer with crackers or heavy chips.
