Refreshing Jello Mold Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand lemon or lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cold water.
Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in ice cream until melted.
Pour into any mold.
