Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    5 c. chopped rhubarb
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Spread marshmallows in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Mix cake mix (use Betty Crocker yellow cake mix) according to directions.
    Pour over marshmallows in pan.
    Mix together rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O.
    Pour on top of cake mix.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
