Hot Mexican Cornbread And Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
small onion, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 small bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. chili powder
jalapeno peppers
2 c. meal
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. bell pepper
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cheese
1/2 c. onion
Mexicorn
hot peppers
Preparation

Saute meat, onion, pimento and bell pepper.
Add soup, chili powder and peppers.
Mix all cornbread ingredients together. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of cornbread mixture, hamburger meat, and rest of cornbread mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
