Confetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans
1 small can English peas
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 small green pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
juice from beans to cover
1 small jar pimento, drained
Preparation

Drain juice from green beans and set aside.
Drain juice from peas, corn and pimentos.
Combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
Add juice from green beans.
Add remainder of ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
