Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
    In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla, zucchini, milk and nuts.
    Alternate combining the wet and dry ingredients with the creamed mixture.
    Spread batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
