Green Beans Caesar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat beans and 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
    Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Cover and cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
