White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cans Northern white beans, drained
6 c. chicken stock
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese
salt and pepper
sour cream
Preparation

Cook chicken in 6 cups water (I usually add 2 chicken bouillon cubes for more flavor).
Cool and debone.
Cook onion in olive oil until tender.
Add garlic, green chilies, cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper and saute.
Mix the mixture with beans, chicken stock, chopped chicken and Monterey Jack cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with sour cream.
