Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 c. picante sauce
Preparation

Beat eggs; add picante sauce and half of cheese.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle other half of cheese on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares while hot.
Pizza cutter works best.
