Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. or more fresh roast to cook after leftover I use some for beef stew or fresh beef stew
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt and pepper (enough to sprinkle)
3 Tbsp. oil or margarine
2 or 3 carrots
2 potatoes
1 or 2 onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 or 5 c. water
1 can (small) tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in flour, salt and pepper and oil or margarine; baste all over.
While waiting for meat to brown (turn each time), first peel carrots and slice.
Put them in pressure cooker (15 minutes) where meat is cooking.
Then peel potatoes and cut onion. Wait and see if boils over.
Then season with Worcestershire sauce, add water plus tomato sauce.
Then put all vegetables in the cooker.
Cook 15 or 20 minutes depending on your cooker.
First cook until loud noise, turn it down (regular degrees) and count 20 minutes.
