Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, separated
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together flour and sugar. Add the boiling water slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook 15 minutes over hot water. Add to beaten egg yolks. Return to
    heat and cook for 2 minutes to thicken the yolks. When thickened, remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and grated rind. Add butter and salt; mix well. Pour into a baked pie shell and cover with meringue made with the egg whites.
