Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 gal. popcorn
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Mix baking soda and vanilla.
    Add soda and vanilla to butter mixture while it is foaming.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
