Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
4 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Stir and heat to boiling.
Mix water with cornstarch.
Stir into hot mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Cool.
Spoon over cheesecake, cottage pudding or gingerbread.
