Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, melted
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Sift 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
Mix with melted butter. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Beat eggs, 2 cup sugar and lemon juice.
Add 1/4 cup flour and brown sugar to mixture.
Pour over crust.
Bake an additional 25 minutes.
Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar, just before serving.
