Crispy Herbed Chicken (Or Fish)(Baked, Not Fried) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned or use boneless
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken into milk.
    Coat with cornmeal mixture.
    Place in pan; brush with margarine. Bake 40 to 45 minutes (less for boneless) or until golden brown and tender.
    Makes 5 servings.
