Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, washed, seeded, cut in strips
1/2 lb. Jack Cheese
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

In a greased casserole layer the chilies.
Add Jack cheese, shredded, as second layer.
Mix flour, salt, eggs, milk together until smooth.
Pour over chilies and cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
