Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate cookie pie crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. real lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream or 4 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in condensed milk, then beat in peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Fold in cream or Cool Whip.
Turn into 9 or 10-inch prepared crust or make your own with icebox chocolate cookies and butter.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
