Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Stir in beaten eggs, oil, water and vanilla.
    Mix in canned pumpkin, dates and nuts.
    Stir until smooth textured.
    Pour into four 7 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans or two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes.
