Avocado Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium rip avocados
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. or dash or Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Peel, pit and with fork mash the avocados well or force through sieve.
    Add other ingredients.
    Chill.
    Crumbled bacon makes a great garnish.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
