Low-Fat Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs or matzo meal
    1/4 c. grated or finely chopped onion
    1 egg white, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt free seasoning blend
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    4 whole wheat burger buns
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 slices of tomato
    2 tsp. relish
Preparation
    Preheat grill or broiler.
    In a large bowl, combine meats, bread crumbs, onion, egg white and seasonings.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Grill over charcoal or broil in oven for approximately 3 minutes on each side or to taste.
    Serve on hamburger buns, adding lettuce, tomato and 1/2 teaspoon relish to each burger.
