Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in water for 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Brown beef in oil, stirring often.
    Mix with cabbage.
    Blend in sour cream, cheese and seasonings.
    Top with little cheese and Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
