Delicious Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. cooked, mashed prunes or 1 - 8 oz. jar baby food prunes
1/4 tsp. walnut flavoring or vanilla flavoring
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
4 oz. walnuts
Preparation

Sift together self-rising flour and sugar into a bowl.
In another bowl stir together eggs, olive oil, prunes and flavoring. Use the 2 to 3 tbsp. of flour to dust walnuts (4 oz. of raisins may also be used) mix into a batter; then pour in flour mixture. Grease and dust a tube pan and pour in cake batter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
