Southern Tea Cakes(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
In separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar.
Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with greased bottom of glass.
Bake until golden brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
