Apple Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh lemon rind
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped tart apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    In small bowl, add 1/2 cup to apples and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.
