Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the margarine, sugars and egg.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture; mix well.
Stir in finely chopped pecans.
Chill dough.
Make in rolls, 1 1/4-inches in diameter.
Slice thinly and bake on greased cookie sheet 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Dough may be frozen.
