Corn And Tomato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can tomatoes
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. crushed soda crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat egg in large bowl.
    Add drained corn, tomatoes (crushed into pieces) and onion.
    Put in sugar, flour, salt and chili powder.
    Save 1/4 cup crackers and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add remaining crackers and butter to corn mixture.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup crackers on top.
    Dab with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
