Carne Guisada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. round shoulder steak, cubed
    onions, diced
    1 tsp. flour
    canned, peeled tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    cuminos to taste
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Fry steak in 1 tablespoon of grease until brown.
    Fry onions now, too.
    Add flour to meat and brown.
    Add 1/2 can of peeled tomatoes and 1 to 2 cups of water for gravy.
    Add salt, pepper, cuminos and garlic powder to taste.
    Cover and simmer until gravy is desired thickness.
