Roasted Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus
2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic
3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Break off tough ends of asparagus.
Peel lower white sections; place in baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle on chopped garlic.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
