Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. vinegar (seems like a lot but it is just right)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pour over brisket and cook 1 1/2 hours longer.
Baste with sauce periodically.
Keep covered.
