Grilled Summer Fish(Great Anytime Of The Year; Four Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. fish fillets such as cod, bluefish, haddock, sole
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium tomato, cored and chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. chopped dill
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Jarlsberg cheese
Preparation

Grease 12 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Place fish fillets in center of foil.
Combine vegetables and place over fish.
Sprinkle with dill and salt; drizzle with lemon juice.
Top with Jarlsberg cheese.
Fold up sides of foil, crimping to make a tight seal on top and ends.
Place foil packet on top of hot barbecue grill.
Grill for 25 minutes.
Carefully open packet, if fish is still translucent in the middle, reseal and grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
