Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. egg white (14 eggs)
    1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Preparation
    At high speed, beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until soft peaks.
    Add 1 cup sugar to egg.
    Sift flour and 3/4 cup sugar together 3 times, then fold into egg whites.
    Add vanilla and almond extract.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
