Potato Celery Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut into small pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put cut potatoes into greased casserole; add salt and pepper, margarine, soup and water.
    Stir lightly.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4.
